Flat-Rate Shipping
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95 per order, regardless of item count or order total.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. International shipping and US territories outside the 50 states are not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) from our fulfillment center at Ecom Fire INC, 4711 34th St. N. Suite F, St. Petersburg, FL 33714.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times are estimates and may vary based on destination, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Information
A confirmation and tracking email is sent when your order ships. Use the tracking number to monitor your package through the USPS system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
